If you are saying that you have been served with a summons in small claims court........you must answer it, or show up on the appointed date. If you have been sued, and you ignore it they will get a default judgement. If they get a judgement against you they can seize assets that are not exempt.
ARE YOU SURE THAT YOU ARE WITHIN THE SOL. SOL starts with the first 30 day deliquency. Usually about 6 months before charge off.
