Hi all, Getty here:

Listen, I'm headed to court tomorrow (Order to Show Cause for Default Judgment) and I just noticed that the "summons" that was mailed to me has NO filing stamp and NO index number on it. Further, the "complaint" attached has no signature from the complainant.

However, their affidavit of service swears under perjury that a "summons bearing an index number and filing stamp was served upon defendant." The copy they submitted into record looks very different from mine. Do I have something here? The attorney is Hayt, Hayt and Landau. Didn't I hear that they were just sued for this? If so, can I bring it into court? I'd appreciate any help - thanks.
