I just found out Midland credit mgmnt. has some collection account of mine..the balance showing on the CR is more than I have ever owed on anything. The only thing I can think of is a Charge off I had in 01..It went delinquent in 10/00.. This account was sold by Chase to some fake Law Office in 01 and now I guess they sold it in 9/03 to MCM. I live in nevada and on another page I saw that Nevada has a 3 year SOL on a credit card...is this true?? Any info someone can give me is greatly appreciated. BD
