i think if you pay ZERO for 180 days it must charge off. and maybe before .....at the individual company decisions. most, i think, want every ounce of fees they can tack on..and wont charge off till they have to. so some can do it when they choose but they MUST do it after 180 days if no money. is what i think. i have no clue what whychats link said. it was greek to me. which again,,,,write the damn laws so normal people can understand!!! (not you whychat, the lawmakers) that reallly ticks me off, something for normal people and no one can read it without 8 years of college.
