I just found out the SOL in nevada on a charged off credit card is 4 years..since the deliquency started in 10/00 and the 4 years is almost up should I request proof of debt and dispute it sinc MCM is known for suing very close to SOL dates and try to carry it on as long as I can or just shut up and say nothing...MCM has been reporting since 10/03 and I have never received a letter or phone call from them on it or even have an account number or anything.. I sent a cease and disist letter to the previous CA of this account, is that still active when it transfers CA's? PLEASE HELP! Thanks
