the interest on a judgement is set by your state. check the link i posted to the other guy...it has the judgement amounts too BUTTTTTTT i think maybe by paying off the other you nmight have signed a diff contract and then they CAN charge 18%...depends what you signed. that may be a new contract. whole diff set of crap.
