bd - in NEVADA lets say you last made a payment on your card october 1st 2000 but you used the card to charge a purchase on october 20th 2000 & your next payment is due like november 1st your SOL would begin on nov 1st .. now IF your last payment was made OCT 1st 2000 & your 1st payment missed was on nov 1st BUT you personally charged on the card lets say NOV 15th well your SOL would begin NOV 15 2000 , in reality our SOL begins about 1 mth behind MOST states .. of course these date are just for explanation purposes yours may vary but this is the idea of it .. oh & the finance charges & stupid penalties dont count as an extention of their timeframe for delaying the start of SOL its ONLY when you used the card for purchases or advances .. bd like i say if these collectors that are bugging you are out of NEVADA i wouldnt worry about it cause like i say were called a closed border state so for them to sue you the MUST hire representation inside the nevada borders & of course that costs them $$ cash $$, yeah its crazy but its nevada law so really it works to our advantage :) .. i cant tell you what to do but in my opinion if i were you id leave it alone til the SOL is up than send them the C & D off whychats site but thats me .. goodluck , kelly .....
