Date of last Activity question on SOL Thank you

I pulled my CR and I have an old Credit Card account that was Charged Off one CR report shows date of last activity of 4/2001 and the first 30 days late as May and June and 120 days late on Sep and Oct all in 2001. It shows up another CR as Charged Off but shows Paid Off as Sept 2001. And it does not even show up on third CR report. The SOL for my state is 3 years for CC accounts , so when would the date start. I have someone calling about it and need to know how to handle. Side note the Credit Card Company is now out of Buisness and no CA shows this account on my CR Any Help thank you
