again, im the weirdo here. but we can and have borrowed on ours. not a smart thing, no doubt ,but we can. i think is ridiculous is for emergencies, we cant get it out. its OUR money,. and if one gets sick or laid off, you face no pay check cause the loan will taken out first off the paycheck. why save it to end up giving to my kids so i can qualify for medicaid? shakin head*.
