If you filed your answer and notice of appearance,and if A$$(O)LE doesn't request a continuance, (which you should object to if they do) they will likely have NO documentation, and may not even show up. At the hearing, you should request a dismissal with prejudice and sanctions against A$$(O)LE for abuse of proccess and filing a frivolous lawsuit.
