have 18000 debt ist usa, SOL on 7/3/04...so close..Mann Bracken has had account for one year...payment has been made when they request which is infrequently. only contact has been made by phone...never any written info from them. Now threatening arbitration. I sent them validation letter and request of signature on abitration agreement via registered mail with return receipt requested. Who has experience with them..nothing must is posted...What should I do now and what should I expect?
