If you are sure you are within SOL, you best bet is to lay low and not indicate you are concerned about protecting your credit. No cease and desist, no "validation" etc. etc. no disputes.

IF you ARE sued, then that is the time to FIGHT with answers and validation requests and everything else you can throw at them.
