I have not gone to court and nothing has been filed against me as of yet. The confussing part of all this is that I received maybe 4 letters concerning my repo from 3 different companies in the past almost 4 years since the last payment I made to the orignal bank. I just received a letter today from the most recent collection agencey and the heading on the letter states "Your employed". I was always informed in the state of PA that only taxes and child support is the only form of garnishment allowed by state law, but I looked on the website and it stated 100%. It also states 4 years, but I was told 6 years was the SOL so I'm a little confused. Any clarification on this would greatly be appreicated.
