We recieved a summons as well. My wife called the lawyer whose name was on the document and he had no idea that he was the representing attorney. He referred my wife to call another intitution to find out what was going on. I tell you, at this point, it looks a bit suspicious. We will get to the bottom of this. If anyone else has any other similar events, please let me know!!
