The frequent "refreshes" have wiped my usual post to my website. Here it is, linked below. There is a repo-deficiency letter in the "special letters" section,you should send. To avoid continued harrassment, opt out, (see the link Opt Out & Report Fraud) For any other creditors calling or harrassing you, there are appropriate letters (SOL letter if beyond SOL, dispute letter if t is not your account, letter to HC providers for medical debts etc.)
