How should mortgage be listed

I have pulled my reports from all three CRAs and have noticed that they don't have my mortgage listed under the Real Estate Accounts category. They just have it lumped together with numerous other installment accounts. One of the factors affecting my score is that I have too many installment accounts (even though they are all being paid on time) Should I dispute this so they will list the mortgage separately? Will that help to increase my score?
