Can someone advise me: Four years ago I obtained a divorce and my ex was awarded a horse trailer (by a judge) in our settlement. He ended up having the horse trailer repossed and a collection agency is coming after me for the remaining balance. The amount is $3,500 can they only take me to small claims without an attorney and would the judge make me liable after another judge awarded my ex the item in our settlement? Any suggestions would be most grateful and should I offer to settle so as not to have a judgement on my credit
