Northland Group letter

Hi,

i just got a letter from northland group inc. saying that i owe citibank $383 and can settle for $230. i have no clue what this is about, since i dont have any debts and also on the letter, they only have my first name correct and the second name is totally different. they have a social security number on it as well, which is again a wrong one.

i am not sure whether to respond to this and call them, or just ignore it. after all the letter didnt even come in my name.

any advice will be appreciated.
