I may be new to this but if i were you I would definately tell them you want a payment plan since they are still with the original creditor..they want their money and almost all will work something out with you that you can afford..and if so make them take the Charge Off's off your Credit Report once they see your paying them continously and get that in writing..This is just my opinion and I could be wrong but it's a lot better than dealing with all these Collection/Lawyer scum for the next few years.
