Ill. has low exemptions for homes and cars and allows wage garnishment, it is NOT like Tx or Fl where there is total homestead exemption and full exemption for wage garnishment( complete in Tx., head of household in Fl.)

How close are you to SOL??If your credit report is now showing a settlement with another creditor, it is more likely W & A will sue.
