damn storm and i lost my post!!! lol. are you sure it is sold? if so, they cant say collecting on behalf..they are collectin on behalf of who bought it. they will say who the original creditor was....if asked. but if its sold, they cant say collectin on behalf of chase. "we will tell you the original creditor if different than the one above" on the letters. keep the letters in case you need them in court. should they sue "on behalf of chase" you have a defense since chase doesnt own it anymore. if this doesnt make sense, let me know. lol lol. damn, i dream this crap now at night! dont argue with a CA, just say your fulla $hi* and laugh. hugs**
