Sounds like I would be pouring money down the toilet if I try to pay off now.I am in Florida and the charge offs just happened in April and May.My last payments were made in Sept. 03.If I declare bankruptcy how does it affect the one card and loan that I have been able to stay current on?Should I see some type of credit counselor?Or should I just lay low and see what happens?
