Need opinions whether to respond to W & A Arb. Awrd.

Here's the low down, participated in MBNA? Wolpoff & Abramson Arbitration, of course lost award to W&A, didn't know until now it's fixed, received letter from W & A, should I........
1.) ignore wait til they SUE ME, have no signiture on MBNA contract copy that they presented to me
2.) Be pro active and write S & D letter, plead ignorant to participation of arbitration, & no real validation of debt presented ,no knowledge of debt ect...
3.) contact Ill. lawyer & pay them to do same
4.) plan accident so family may benefit
