Calif Judgement Question

A judgement was handed down and a lien was put on our home by Kennard and Ekhard out of Sacramento. This was originally a Discover card debt. The amount of judgement was a bit over $6000. I contacted this 'law' office and was turned over to Anthony. He kept insisting we try to refinance to pay our judgement. Our FICO is too low. We asked if payments would be acceptable. He insisted on no less than $300 a month with 10% interest. We have made 6 payments so far. We were not able to pay May's payment. I spoke with 'Anthony' today - quite rude young man - and requested lowered payments. He refused. Okay - finally my question - this 'law office' has put a lien on our home - if we can't make these payments what happens next? There is NO written or signed agreement with them regarding the payments. I have requested our agreement in writing and have been ignored. If they already have a lien - can they also get to our bank accounts? Can they go after other assets if they have this lien? I am curious if anyone knows, in California, if they can touch bank accounts? We are willing to pay on this judgement - should I send what I can afford each month? [I asked if we could send $150 monthly] HELP??? A bit more information - - I do not work and my husband is on SS Disability and gets a Disability Pension from the carpenters union.
Thank you for your time. It is greatly appreciated.
