If this is an out of State CA, they can do NOTHING to you. Nevada is a "closed" State, which means outside CA's can only contact you by mail or phone. You are well past the Nev.SOL, I have linked the letter you should send them below. The letter has a link back to my website "home page" where you will find the State statutes to use, ( each State is listed). In addition you will find a link to "Opt Out" do so, this will prevent a lot of future problems. Once you have proof of their receipt of the SOL letter, you can send the follow up letter to the CRA's that are reporting. Any additional problems you may have with them, file a complaint with the FTC and the Nev. AG office.
