I believe he stated he had my credit report in front of him, he called off my truck payment amount and my signature loans and noted I was current on all things (then like the credit card folks told me to not pay the mortgage for A month or two and pay him instead). Heres one, this was all from phone calls and he became irrate when I asked for all this in writing, he said the "letter" wasn't important but an immediate payment was. I did get A letter last week but it has no detail at all except to pay in full now.... The letter is from this losers office in Morrisville PA but says something about CACV of Colorado,LLC on it. Looks as if Byck has offices in New Jersey and in PA. What to do, what to do.....
