As understand it, you OBJECTED to the arbitration proccess in writing?? If so, and you did it CRRR and have kept copies, you can use it to object to any judgment based on the "phony award".

In some jurisdictions you are allowed to file your own motion/affidavit PRIOR to being sued.

If you feel your prior objection was not sufficient, you can edit the letter (linked below) and refer to your prior objection, i.e. this letter reaffirms my prior letter of objection dated xxx.

You can then, if you wish, see if you can file a preemptive motion/ affidavit with your Court, or use the motion format as part of your answer if you are sued.
