Most of this stuff sounds like it is passed the SOL, or very close to it.
SOL for medical is 4 years....goods and services. YOU ARE JUDGEMENT PROOF. You have nothing they can attach or seize. They have to get a judgement before they can freeze your bank accunt.
I will follow this post with a quote from Why Chat on wage garnishment. You have a ver low income and I don't think you have to worry about that.
