about having your wages garnished, you don't make enough money. If you have ever paid any of your creditors with your current bank account, it might be a good idea to change banks. They would have to get a judgement in order to freeze/seize your bank account, and it is not likely that they will sue you because they won't be able to collect on the judgement. HOWEVER, just for peace of mind.
