Honestly, there isn't much they can do with your current employment info. They can only confirm that they won't be able to garnish your wages. If anything, they will be less likely to sue. I would usually encurage people to pay medical bills, but since you are living on 500.00 a month, I guess you need to keep whatever money you get. Find someplace safe to put that money. OPT OUT. Sorry if I am repeating myself. Put the money that you think you will inherit in an account with somebody else as primary, if possible. If a CA finds out you have that money, they will be more likely to sue you.
