In Arizona, the pay day check cashing places charge a fee when cashing any check. I think if your bank account is seized, a place like this would be the only resort available to you to cash any check that isn't local. Also out here, Wells Fargo charges a $5.00 fee if you take one of their checks to them to cash it. I told them that stinks because it is from their customer from that branch, but they still charge $5.00 to cash their own checks.
