I have called that number before. Recognize the voice. Think it was a CA. Are you asking if this is Frank Burns? Someone here had a long conversation with the guy. It is in the archives if you want to search for it.
Unfortunately, I don't think creditors care much about your surgery. I don't know of a program. Of course, it doesn't hurt to try. Give them a call if you are talking about original creditors and accounts that are in good standing.
