According to the Illinois SOL it shows for sales 4 yrs and open 5 yrs. The accounts show closed 12/2003 (this one was small citibank and now shows on one c/rprt that was charge off and $0 owed or written off), last pymt to them had been 5/2003, then theres the big c/bank- last pymt 6/2003 not full pymt closed 11/2003 showing status of 4/2004 as charged off, then providian closed 1/2004, last pymt 6/2003 status 3/2004 charge off and finally the MBNA last pymt 5/2003 closed 12/2003 and status 12/2003 charge off.
I read someone elses post abt the bk and hubby and i have decided to do ch 7, not that crazy abt that, but with his job shaky beginning first of 2005- already been somewhat informed, we have thought it is the only viable solution. Sound crazy???? However, I feel like I am cheating them but at the same time I really did try working with them way before, and then we got in the mess of so called debt reduction people. Ugggg.
