Thanks Why Chat!! and everyone who has helped me with info.. I just want to make certain I've reached the SOL before sending them anything. This is exactly what my CR from Experian says...
3/00 - 30 days
4/00 - 60 days
5/00 - 60 days
6/00 - 60 days
7/00 - 60 days
8/00 - OK
9/00 - OK
10/00 thru 10/01 - all 30, 60, 90, 120's, CO's So does this mean the two "OK's" I have are payments I made to them for previous late charges and past due fees? I really cant remember how much these payments were for but am positive they wouldnt of been much because I didnt have much $$ back then. So this means the SOL has been reached (4 yrs in NV)? THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!
