just my opinion here - if you made ANY type of payment it could be argued IF it ever went to court that you re started the SOL by those 6 mths or so but like i say thats a BIG IF .. im not telling you what to know & whychats much more up to snuff on the fine details than am i but if it were my account id wait until about sept or october before i sent any SOL letter to them but only my opinion on that , better be safe than sorry .. bye , kel ......
