The creditors, who have sued me, were never paid using my bank accounts. I always used Money Orders ... never, ever bank checks. I've never bounced a check in my life. My truck has been paid off for over five years through Ford Motor Credit. Finally, even though I have a mortgage through Wells Fargo, I do not have a checking or savings account with them. My accounts are with a small bank with only four branches. Maybe I actually have a chance when it comes to having safe assets. Thanks for the info.
