OK- they put your account in "suspense" in 10/00, so that is when your SOL started. If you are in a 4 year SOL State, it is safe to end the SOL letter out in Oct. 2004.

Until them, lay low,and don't answer, although if you are being harrassed by an out of State CA, they would have to transfer the account to a Nev. CA to file suit.
