of course i dont know legal stuff. (as everyone here knows--im far from understandin laws)..this is just my opinion of what i would do. first,,,do not send anything late. just cause their scum, doesnt mean you should be or become as low as them. also, doing it 100% by the law should look good on your case. so ...no...on that one.
second, some of us cant afford lawyers. thats why we ask so much legal things on here. so...you all....please understand...yes, of course, the best thing is hire a lawyer. some of us cant. CANT. plain and simple..right or wrong..we are up there fighting the establishment on our own, and thus we ask lots of legal things. please understand that. i wonder about people who cant pay a bill say, 5,000, but can hire some lawyer at 300$ a hour. so, yes, no one can give legal advice online...thats illegal...and every state and judge is diff.

but..ask ask. clerks...ask if any lawyers will give you a free consult on the phone...call and ask until you may find one who will. explain to them, what your doin and why. you may get lucky and find one. i wish you the best and keep fighting!!! its why we are so intimidated by court and these lawyers who KNOW we are the underdogs and dont know how the loopholes and bs works. GOOD LUCK!!!!! hugsssssssssssssss. just ask and ask ,,drive people nuts if you have to. and to all the judges who DISLIKE us defending ourselves...WE HAVE NO CHOICE. its not fair to discriminate against us because we didnt go to law school. please understand that.
