My website has two sources for the "proof" you require.

One is the "SOL Letter" which explains the SOL for credit card debts CLEARLY enough for it to be a LEGAL notice.

The second is found in the "How To Answer A Lawsuit" link,there is a very thorough explanation of the reasoning and caselaw as to WHY any Cout MUST acccept the TILA definitionof a credit card as an open ened account and NOT a written contract.
