Arbitration award doesn't mean much. They still have to sue and get a judgement to enforce. There is a lot of psychology in debt collection. You have been robbed of your constitutional right of due process. This did not happen to me, but I have read a lot of posts regarding arbitration.
So, read this letter, wait for some more posts.

And don't let them sell you the crap that it was in your original contract that you would agree to arbitration........you want due process. Next thing to consider.....what are your assets, and what are your exemptions. What can they actually take from you if you do not pay voluntarily. If the answer is nothing, if you are judgement proof, then there really isn't much they can do about it, even if they get a judgement. Just make sure you SHOW UP.
