arbitration is a crock. and not legally enforceable without a judgement. whether you showed or not, you woulda lost. its just bs. just show in court if sued...they cant "serve you in court and enforce it" ...they must file for a judgement and you can fight it. what state? check your SOL..in case your past it. its just bs,. someday the judges will wise up and see that.
