I KNOW no one can give legal advice online or for that matter, in any state they arent licensed. my cousin is a family court judge here and bailed my kid out twice for no pay when the local law was screwing her..(married to a cop's son who beat her up ---who do u think sided with her??? not the law--his dad the COP.. actually told me he was goin to shoot her..) . what i mean is....some of us cant afford a lawyer. plain, simple. here they DO charge that...i asked. and called. and pretty much got laughed out the town ..esp when citi foreclosed on me during my BK. the cheapest one wanted 1500 up front to fight it. i dont have a freakin dime, much less that. thats all i meant..is i feel bad for being so poor, i cant afford a lawyer. so, the only answer for everyone is "hire a lawyer". thats the smartest, yes, but its not a option for me, maybe im the only one on here who cant. if so..i cant help it. it is so embarrassing to beg for food, to not afford something you know is wrong and you cant defend yourself,,,in court,,its a feeling i hope most never have to deal with. apologies.
