deceptive credit cards/chex systems

I was a victim of deceptive practices of two card companies:Providian and First National Bank of Marin. My account went from a 300.00 initial limit to now owing the two banks over $2000. There were things charged to the accounts that I had no idea about. Oh and by the way, AOL does the same thing.
