i dispute with the company itself..which is what the CRAs told me to do. i make them tell me why or else take it off cause its illegal to do a pp without reason and hurt our credit. in my experience, the CRAs wont do nothing...we have to go with the company who did it. good luck..are you positive they have not bought or assigned a CO? if so, they have pp to pull one.
