I live in NV and know my SOL will be up in 10/04 for sure.. What I dont understand is I called Chase Collections in 01' after the charge off and they informed me the account has been sold and they could no longer help me with anything..some law office bought it in 01' (sent them a C&D letter), then Midland got it in 9/03 (had no idea till I ran my credit report last week), now another law office has it saying their client is Chase Manhattan...on my CR the Chase, NA account is closed "Charge Off", and the Chase Manhattan account is open "collection"...The Chase Manhattan and Midland entries on my CR have the same last four digits on the acct #...the Chase, NA has a different last four. Guess I will call Chase and ask why they have reported a collection on my CR in 03' when they had it reported a Charge OFf in 01'...I definately wont talk to any CA's..Thanks for the help.
