But if the OC reported it as "sold" in 01' how can they all the sudden report as a "collection" in 03'..I understand why the CA can report as a CO when they acquire it but just dont understand how the OC can report something as a CO almost 4 years after a sold charge off..wouldnt they have already collected the tax write off? So they would trying to collect on something thats already been written off. So if I write the CRA's and say all these are duplicates (there is like 3 different collections for the same account)..will they take the duplicates off?
