i totally 100 % agree this is CRAZY that any scam collector is trying to collect on a 13 yr old debt , their crooks !! send in the SOL letter from whychats site certified receipt requested & tell these crooks becouse thats EXACTLY what they are to STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT .. personally i dont have a problem with the ORIGIONAL creditor trying to collect on their money thats in statue & according to the laws of your state but once its past your states statue of limitations they cross the line & that makes them a low life thief , their worse then getting mugged in a dark alley .. not all but id say 95 % of bill collectors lie cheat & steal & will tell you ANYTHING just so they get a few extra bucks commission on their pay checks each week , believe NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING they say becouse as i say they lie period .. in my opinion NEVER talk to any bill collector on the phone if you must only thru the mail , hey they stink what more can i say lol .. of course just my lil ole opinion from so.nevada , bye ............
