I think you should file your objection to their request,(list ALL your objections) ask for a dismissal with prejuidice and request sanctions by the Court against them for abuse of proccess and filing a frivolous lawsuit.

Once that is filed, you should then (get a lawyer to help you if you want to)file a lawsuit against them for FDCPA violations.
