yep. opt out. they wont tell you the truth. if it isnt on your cr now, its way too old. send the letter CRRR. watch your reports and make sure they dont try to poison it. dont respond or they will never go away. but...watch in case they try to sue on a time barred debt...they buy these for pennies and hope someone doesnt know the law and will pay.
