For the past 5 months i have been fighting with all 3 credit bureau's to Delete an account from my credit file.
Finally after much correspondence Equifax first deleted it then shortly after Experian did. I have sent Transnion the same info i sent the others as well as copies of the paperwork from Equifax and Experian showing Transunion that the account was deleted. Dont they all have to follow the same guidelines? Transunion REFUSES to delete it and keeps sending me these generic responses to my specific letters.

The account was for a LEASED vehicle that i turned in 30 days earlier then my lease was up and ended up being billed for over $6,000 but the company refused to show me documentation on how they arrived at that amount. They wouldn't respond to anything so i gave up and finally started to write the credit agencies. I live in maryland if that makes a difference. What do i do with Transunion?
I am trying to buy a house and i have an average score with the other agencies but from this one i have a terrible score. This is the only negative mark on my file.
